Rebecca Justus is an Ethical Leadership Advisor & Coach, supporting social impact rising leaders and teams around the world with their strategy, values alignment, cultural humility, and leadership development. She has 15 years of experience working globally to advance equity, social justice, and human rights. Rebecca is a certified Racial Equity Training Facilitator, a certified LGBTQ+ Affirming Coach, and she serves as the Ethics Advisor on the Board of Directors for Evonaire, Inc. She holds an MA in Human Rights from the University of Sussex and a BA in International Relations from Boston University. Originally from the U.S., Rebecca has lived in 12 countries and traveled to over 60.
