ALGA Consulting is an independent sustainability consultancy specializing in green building certification (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Fitwel), Life Cycle Assessment, and environmental performance strategy. We help project teams and organizations certify, measure, and improve building performance from design through operations. With experience across 40+ international projects including airports, data centers, flagship retail, and corporate headquarters, we deliver technical sustainability services remotely to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey. Our work bridges the gap between building-level performance data and the broader sustainability goals organizations need to meet whether for certification, ESG reporting, or regulatory compliance.
We also offer sustainability training and facilitation including climate literacy workshops, green skills development, and corporate sustainability awareness programs for teams and organizations.
Ayşe Gizem Taş is an architect and sustainability consultant with 10+ years of experience leading green building certifications and LCA across 40+ international projects. She holds LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and Fitwel Ambassador credentials, and is a Terra.do Climate Fellow and certified Climate Fresk facilitator. Her project portfolio spans Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey from Apple flagship stores to airport terminals, data centers, and corporate headquarters. She is currently building ALGA Consulting as an independent practice focused on making building performance data actionable for certification, strategy, and ESG alignment.
