I was born in Ankara in 1976. After graduating from Ankara University with a degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations in 2000, I took a year to explore myself before starting my career and moved to London.
When I found a role in the food and beverage industry – a sector I had always been drawn to – I didn’t hesitate. Alongside language school, I started working in a French bistro, first as a waiter and later as an assistant manager 🙂
After returning to Turkey, I continued my journey in well-known cafés and restaurants, taking on management and consultancy roles.
Between 2010 and 2016, I founded my first venture, Ofise Paket, which was one of the early examples of a cloud kitchen at the time.
Following that, I spent 8 years at MSA as a Catering Manager and Restaurant Consultant.
Now, I’m here with my new project, Pin 25.
