Çiğdem Şengül is a transformation consultant and speaker with over 17 years of professional experience. For more than a decade, she has been supporting enterprise agility across international organizations. In recent years, she has focused on integrating artificial intelligence into business strategies and agile operating models, helping companies navigate AI-enabled, customer-centric transformation journeys. Through her consultancy, HimerAgile, she collaborates with leaders and teams to design aligned value streams, strengthen strategic decision-making, and align AI opportunities with organizational goals. She is a member of AIPA (Artificial Intelligence Policies Association)
