Imperfectionists is a modern lifestyle and fragrance brand redefining the art of self-care through sustainable design and sensorial rituals. Founded by Dilayla Kopuz, the brand was born from a desire to slow down, reconnect, and find beauty in life’s imperfections.
At the heart of Imperfectionists lies our signature innovation — vegan soy candles that melt into a nourishing hand cream. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to merge form and function, creating a moment of calm that lingers long after the flame fades.
Our products are hand-poured in small batches using skin-safe ingredients. Rooted in the principles of mindful living and emotional design, Imperfectionists brings together wellness, craftsmanship, and aesthetic harmony — a balance of ritual and refinement.
Featured in Vogue and Fast Company, Imperfectionists has found homes in concept stores, boutique hotels, and creative spaces across Europe. Every creation reflects our commitment to sustainability, intentional living, and timeless elegance, inviting you to pause, breathe, and celebrate the imperfect beauty of the present moment.
Imperfectionists — where design meets ritual, and every burn becomes a gesture of self-kindness.
Dilayla Kopuz is the founder and designer behind Imperfectionists.
Her design journey began at the age of seven, when she would sit at home watching fashion shows on television and sketch her own clothing designs. Following surgery at fifteen, she realised the importance of living freely, confidently, and comfortably — a philosophy that continues to shape her creative vision today.
“I create designs that allow people to express their most authentic selves — pieces that adapt to the body’s needs rather than forcing the body to adapt to them.”
A graduate of the University of East Anglia and Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design in London, Dilayla blends the essence of Istanbul and London.
