Esra, is a commercially savvy techno-commercial leader with deep expertise in biotechnology and functional ingredients. She began her career in the enzyme industry, leading cross-regional sales and technical initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
After more than 15 years in multinational environments, she founded Nutradient, a biotech-driven platform developing science-based, sustainable nutrition solutions. She subsequently launched Mermaid Collagen, Nutradient’s first B2C brand, and has since expanded the portfolio with Nutradient Complete Protein & Beta Glucan.
