Antepse is a local dairy company with a 3,000 m² facility, processing 15–20 tons of milk daily. Located just 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the city centre, it produces geographically certified products such as Antep cheese, yoghurt, butter, and clarified butter (sadeyağ).
We supply gross markets, local shops, delis, and restaurants and export to Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Our clarified butter, developed through years of R&D with universities, supports heart and brain health, aids children’s mental development, and is rich in antioxidants. It’s toxin-free, heat-resistant, and perfect for cooking, baking, or simply spreading on bread with an unmatched taste.
I’m the founder of Antepse Gıda and Birsense Cosmetics. Guided by the Green Deal, our mission is to reduce our carbon footprint through eco-friendly and sustainable production.
My journey began with a story when we founded our dairy farm, I tasted the first milk we produced. It was so delicious that I thought, I have to share this with others. My husband, a veterinarian and food expert, ensured our milk was completely disease-free and healthy. What started with just 5 litres of milk has now grown into a facility processing 15 tons of milk per day.
As a startup founder, I’ve received several awards in entrepreneurship competitions and even earned a place among doctors after completing the Avice mRNA stem cell training programme.
