Hi, I’ve been practicing yoga since 2011, and it became the foundation of my life practice in 2018. I am a certified yoga instructor, professional coach, and mindfulness and compassion teacher.
After a 9-year career in international banking and funds, I transitioned to share my passion and expertise in yoga and mindfulness. Currently, I offer group sessions at one of the largest gyms in London, Virgin Active, host group classes in Turkish via Zoom with participants from various countries. I am hosting yoga retreats in the UK and Turkiye.
I have completed over 1,000 hours of specialized training in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness & Compassion.
