Hype and Seek

Ece is the founder of Hype & Seek, a branding and design studio helping impact-driven businesses cut through the noise and reach their people. She brings 13 years of product, team leadership and design experience across climate organisations, government (including GOV.UK and DBT), and early-to-growth-stage startups.
Her work spans branding, product design, and workshop design and facilitation, always with inclusion and evidence as design decisions, not afterthoughts. She has collaborated with B Lab and UNFCCC, with work recognised at COP30. Outside Hype & Seek, she teaches at Experience Haus, writes the Substack “Quiet is a Lie,” and hosts the book club Between the Lines.
