meet the founder

Remziye Özpolat

Our founder spent many years in leadership roles in the private sector. She later ran her own restaurant, gaining hands-on experience in business operations.

Since 2016, she has been focusing on personal development, completing coaching training accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Today, she continues to offer corporate training, in-house consultancy, and one-to-one coaching sessions.
