I have developed a decision-making framework called Mind Route, through which I guide high school and university students, as well as young professionals, to gain clarity, design a future aligned with their potential, and build a sustainable rhythm of growth in line with the evolving dynamics of success.
At the same time, I run a company-sponsored mentorship programme that helps employees who use AI translate their increased productivity into corporate value, strategic visibility, and sustainable performance.
Over the course of my 25-year professional career, I have held senior roles in technology and digital transformation within the banking and finance sector. I have led the establishment and management of technology teams in large-scale organisations, delivered end-to-end digital transformation programmes, and modernised critical operational processes.
Today, I focus on helping individuals gain mental clarity, improve decision-making, and shape their future direction. I develop content and programmes centred on mentorship and future literacy.
